Welcome to Powerful Beyond Measure! Powerful Beyond Measure is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering survivors of abusive childhoods, rape and domestic violence as they build new and healthy lives. These abuses leave the survivor feeling powerless and hopeless and those feelings effect every part of her/his adult life. Empowerment returns the survivor to her/his natural state of self-worth, self-esteem and the knowledge that by her very birthright she is powerful beyond measure.
We provide empowerment through:
- Facts to help survivors assert themselves and to realize they aren't crazy or alone
- Resources to aid in the healing process
- The National Predator Database where each survivor can post their story to help protect others
- Questionnaire where survivors' answers will help professionals assist survivors and help other survivors realize their worth.
In the future, we hope to add empowerment training programs, empowerment books for children and adults, an empowerment magazine, and an action network of survivors who lobby for stricter laws and more public awareness of these crimes and the issues surrounding them.
